Three Ways to Bring Order to Your Family's Records
Whether you need a single focused session or a comprehensive archive programme, each oakrootad offering is designed to give families clarity, confidence, and a clear path forward.
Back to HomeOur Approach to Records and Succession Education
Every oakrootad session starts from the same principle: a family's records belong to that family, and our role is to help them understand, organise, and access those records with confidence. We never take possession of documents, offer valuations, or advise on legal outcomes.
Our three offerings span different points along the preparation journey. A family that is just beginning might start with a Document Inventory Session to understand what they hold. One that wants to build broader understanding of how succession processes work will find the Concepts Class the right entry point. Families who want to address everything in a single coordinated programme choose the Complete Archive option.
All three are available at our Nimmanhaemin office in Chiang Mai, with home visits available within the city for families where travel is difficult.
We Begin With What You Have
Before any organising starts, we take time to understand the family's situation, what records are held, and what the priorities are.
We Organise, Label, and Inventory
Documents are sorted, labelled, and entered into a clear inventory that the whole family can follow â not just the person who was in the room.
We Provide a Written Output
Every session ends with a written summary â an inventory, a checklist, or a signposting guide â so nothing depends on memory.
We Point Forward, Not In Circles
Where licensed professionals are needed, we specify who and why â giving families a practical next step rather than vague guidance to "consult a lawyer."
